I bought a 128 x 64 display with touchscreen overlay from here-the information, price, & datasheets are pretty good!
Just an example, but touchscreen overlays & 128x64 displays are available from other sources too. See: http://www.circuit-ed.com/128x64-GLCD-BlWh-w-Touchscreen-P146C8.aspx As mentioned above, you can use a simple circuit to read the ADCs to determine X,Y locations. Easily modified for the 8051 families. :) |
