#172518 - 89V51RD2 ISP not locked with serial number |
Hi,
This topic has been discussed before as well, but I still need help. I am not able to lock 89V51RD2 using set serial number. I have tried FlashMagic V4.66 and also devloped a PC based programmer using Seial Port. In both cases I am able to perform almost all functions like erase, programm, display code etc. Even setting serial number responds with normal '.', but when I try reading a device on which have set serial number, I am able to see the code. In case of Flash Magic I am using Display Memory button. I am always able to see the code. Any suggestions please. Thanks in advance. -SP |
