#172849 - A 10MHz analog scope is fine for 100kHz i2c Responding to: Anil Sangani's previous message |
You will be able to see virtually everything on a microcontroller with your scope. Only some crystal oscillators will be too fast for accuracy, but generally visible.
The standard 8051 with a 1us cycle time will be easily seen. Most output pins will change at considerably lower rates. The real problem is triggering and viewing one-off signals. Anything repetitive should be fine. David. |
